Refund Policy:
You can return or exchange your purchase for up to 30 days from the purchase date, subject to the following:
· Returned or exchanged wines must be returned in the condition you received them and in the original packaging.
· At our discretion, Giaconda may refund or replace wine that we are satisfied has incurred genuine heat damage or stress.
· Wines requiring refund or exchange must be returned to Giammarino Wines at your own cost.
