The Wine

On the palette this wines shows soft integrated tannins , with earthy flavors bordering on clove and mocha along with  aromas of cedar and vanilla.

Winemaking Notes

Merlot is a variety that we see such diversity in the winery, as time passes during aging in barrel it takes on so many different expressions and here lies the joy of making this wine in that it is up to us as wine makers to choose when that expression best suits to bottle.

Vinification included 25 % whole bunch inclusion in ferments along with a long post ferment maceration of 24 days on skins before pressing into seasoned French Barrique barrels for 18 months.

We provide free delivery but all orders must have a minimum of 6 bottles of your choice and can be made up of any combination.

Deliveries will take 3-4 days once payment is received.
